The search for greater gender parity in innovation is a widely stated priority around the world, as taken up by the French Tech mission in France.

In 2022, the Angers French Tech community fully took up this cause by organizing the first “Connected Women, for more women in Tech” Forum bringing together leading international personalities in order to encourage the guidance of young girls towards these sectors and to share good practices in companies.

To go further, Angers French Tech then wanted to work on the creation of an autonomous and independent endowment fund dedicated to bringing this cause to an international scale, more capable of serving it.
