Élisabeth Moreno has devoted a large part of her political action to promoting equality between women and men, as well as diversity within French society. As Minister Delegate for Equality between Women and Men, Diversity and Equal Opportunities, she has taken several significant initiatives to support women in different areas.

 

Among the latter was the creation of the Femme@Numérique Foundation, to encourage women to engage and excel in digital professions, where women are often underrepresented. The Femme @ Numérique Foundation supports the training, guiding and supporting of women in the digital industry, with particular emphasis on young girls and women from disadvantaged backgrounds.

 

Elisabeth Moreno has also worked to promote pay equality between the sexes by encouraging transparency in companies. She encouraged private companies to establish action plans to reduce the pay gap between men and women, and pushed for gender equality to be at the heart of public policies.

 

In addition, she has also engaged in the fight against gender-based and sexual violence, promoting women's access to support services. She also promoted parity in the political sphere, thereby encouraging women's participation in elections and leadership positions.

 

Élisabeth Moreno has been significantly involved in promoting gender equality and diversity in France. Her activity enables a more inclusive and equitable environment for all women, by removing the obstacles that prevent them from reaching their full potential in all areas of society. She extends her work to actively promote gender equality and diversity internationally, working to raise awareness and encourage other countries to adopt similar policies aimed at eliminating gender inequalities.

Axelle Lemaire is a French politician widely recognized for her commitment to gender equality and parity in the political and social life of France.

 

A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Sciences Po Paris, Axelle Lemaire has acquired solid training in law and political science. She began her career as a lawyer before turning to politics. She joined the French Socialist Party and was elected deputy in 2012, representing the constituency of French people established in Northern Europe.

 

One of Axelle Lemaire's most significant contributions to the French political scene was her commitment to gender parity. She advocated for better representation of women in positions of responsibility and in political bodies. As Secretary of State for Digital at the head of French Tech, she worked on initiatives aimed at promoting the presence of women in the technology and innovation sector.

 

She was also behind the creation of the “Startup Assembly,” an annual event aimed at highlighting women entrepreneurs in the startup field. She encouraged the creation of networks and support structures for women in entrepreneurship and championed measures to promote women's access to management positions and boards of directors.

 

Axelle Lemaire has thus been an influential voice in promoting gender equality in France, advocating for legislative reforms and concrete initiatives aimed at reducing gender inequalities. Her work has contributed to raising public awareness of parity issues and encouraging the active participation of women in all areas of French society.

Anne Lauvergeon

Anne Lauvergeon is a French businesswoman, recognized for her notable career in the industry and her active promotion of gender parity, particularly in the technology sector.

 

A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure and the École des Mines de Paris, Anne Lauvergeon has acquired solid training in engineering and economics. She then held senior positions in the energy and industrial sector. One of her highlights was her leadership of Areva, a French company specializing in nuclear energy, where she was the first woman to lead a company in the CAC 40, the French stock market index of the 40 largest companies listed on the stock exchange.

 

Anne Lauvergeon has always been a strong advocate for gender parity, and she has worked to promote diversity and inclusion in the world of industry and technology. She has been an active member of several initiatives aimed at increasing the presence of women in these sectors, including encouraging the training and mentoring of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.

 

In addition to her commitment to parity, Anne Lauvergeon has played a major role in promoting technological innovation in France, particularly in the field of nuclear energy and renewable energies. She has been an influential voice in debates over France's energy future and helped shape the country's energy policies.

 

Anne Lauvergeon is the emblematic figure of French industry and a dedicated activist for gender parity. Her professional journey and commitment to diversity and inclusion have inspired many women to pursue careers in industry and technology, while contributing to innovation and economic growth in France.

Notre mission

With solid training in communications at Audencia, Corine is an auditor of the CHEID (Collège des Hautes Études de l'Institut Diplomatique du Quai d'Orsay – Promotion Josephine Baker) in 2021, a high-level training focused on diplomacy and international issues.

 

She is at the genesis of the French Tech adventure in Angers, where she serves as General Director. Its key role is to provide support to burgeoning start-ups, supporting them in their international expansion and exponential growth. Corine intervenes on behalf of the French Tech Angers ecosystem to find and support relevant relationships on a global scale for our high-growth startups in terms of markets, investors, internationalization of subsidiaries, and particularly in the USA. His preferred field: startups and companies in the field of tech and sustainable development. She is passionate about and asserts herself on disruptive companies that tackle the major challenges of the 21st century and on new techniques and technologies that fight against global warming, deeptech.

 

She played a central role in the bid and organization of the World Electronics Forum (WEF) 2017, an international event held in Angers and bringing together prominent international players in the electronics and innovation industry technological.

 

She stands out for her deep commitment to gender parity, particularly within the technology sector. She spearheaded the Connected Women Project initiative, and orchestrated a major event to promote equity in tech and electronics. In 2023, Corine was invited to speak as a renowned speaker within the French Tech community, participating in important technological events on an international scale, such as CES in Las Vegas, a forum Women in Tech in Houston (Texas) and GITEX Africa in Marrakech. She addressed the crucial issues of parity between Europe, the United States and the African continent, shedding light on the issues, obstacles, legal and cultural differences, as well as the solutions and perspectives offered by governments to promote equal opportunities.

 

Her expertise earned her an invitation again to Gitex in Dubai in October and to the next CES in Las Vegas, where she will share her knowledge during international conferences dedicated to promoting parity. She eloquently reminds us that parity is not only a social issue, but also a societal one, emphasizing that if society does not actively engage, women's rights will remain precarious. She thus evokes the notable progress in certain countries, such as the Scandinavian countries, while recognizing the setbacks in most current nations. Corine considers that it is our duty, if only for future generations, to invest in this noble cause. She was also honored to be part of the innovation caravan, as part of the celebrations of 10 years of French Tech Morocco, highlighting innovation and the essential role of women in this field.

 

She embodies unwavering passion, linguistic versatility, unfailing resilience, audacity and indomitable determination. She draws inspiration from influential female figures such as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Simone Veil, Toni Morrison, Simone de Beauvoir, and Gisèle Halimi.

 

Its unwavering commitment to parity, innovation, and sustainable development reflects its incessant quest for a more balanced and sustainable world, particularly in the technological field.
